fml bro ive done it two times before already but kinda makshift where i just used 25% peroxide gel, some vaseline and my retainer and it looked to be working but then my mom took the fuckass cotton buds from the bathroom (which id use to spread the stuff evenly across the retainer so there wasnt much leakage) and put it in her bathroom but shes sleeping so i tried to spread it as evenly as i could with like the handle of a microblade razor and ts burned the fuck outta my gums, next time ima just wait till i can get the cotton buds
