Imagine how much work you could get done with 1 million 140 IQ clones. Note: this plan works even better with artificial wombs. It sounds dystopian but it's actually not a bad idea and is possible and economical with modern technology. We need to increase the female population because women are less aggressive than men, easier to control, and thus less likely to start wars.

If attractive women are more common than men then sexual marketplace value will cure inceldom naturally. Also IQ comes from the mother so when they have kids the entire population will become smarter. This is a clever way to implement eugenics, and fix the birth rates and the incel problem without restricting people's freedom.

we have to find high quality high iq wombs, not baboons, and if artificial will be monumentally difficult to design

maybe we could find a template model young enough to be her own mother, but then we'd have to wait generations to have enough to change the population even with geometric growth

As long as the incubator women are in good shape during the pregnancy it should be fine. Its easy to screen them for parasites and deformities. Just build some cheap facilities in their own countries and recruit a bunch.

The hard part is raising them right. Humans need a lot of attention if you want to train them to make a real difference to the economy. Its a little easier with women because they tend to be more docile than men. Ideally they might even be raised better than average with slightly more opportunity. I bet with high IQ donors and good academic and physical training you could get some top performers.
