experience everything non harmful

compensate for your bad short term/working memory by writing things down

ideally simulate first all repeatedly in a safe zone where no one is watching you (thats an ergotherapy exploit)

you can also first do it all at home as much you can before doing it in ergotherapy (obviously use internet, ai and others for help)

from what all u still have no idea yet
