Just chewed falim gum for 1 hr

only 2 pieces, i usually chew 5 for 15-10 minutes but this is better, no clicking n9 tmj yet, ill make it 3 pieces of gum after a couple days, and my only my masseter muscles are a bit sore in a good way

Get real mastic gum its harder but more expensive, don’t fall for the special branded ones just get the highest amount for the cheapest price
