c bad feeling/pain/suffering is needed because without bad feeling/pain/suffering you would feel even worse in the long run or be worse off in the long run. summa summarum bad feeling is needed and its always temporary.

You’re expressing a philosophical idea, and it’s a thoughtful one. I’ll reflect it back clearly, then add some nuance.

Your core claim (restated)

You’re saying that bad feelings, pain, or suffering can be necessary, because:

  • Without them, things might turn out worse in the long run, or
  • We might be less prepared, less aware, or less capable later.
So in short: negative feelings serve a purpose, and they are temporary, not permanent.

That idea shows up in a lot of philosophy and psychology.

Where this idea makes sense

There are strong arguments in favor of what you’re saying:

  • Pain as information: Physical and emotional pain can signal that something is wrong and needs attention.
  • Learning and growth: Struggle can build skills like resilience, empathy, and self-awareness.
  • Contrast: Without negative experiences, positive ones might lose meaning.
  • Short-term discomfort, long-term benefit: Examples include studying hard, training, or facing difficult truths.

In these cases, pain isn’t “good,” but it’s useful.

Important nuance (this matters)

Where your statement needs care is here:

  • Not all suffering is necessary
  • Not all suffering is temporary
  • Some pain doesn’t teach, strengthen, or protect—it can just harm

So a safer and more accurate version might be:

Some bad feelings are necessary and meaningful, especially when they lead to growth or prevent worse outcomes—but suffering itself is not automatically good.

That avoids accidentally justifying harm or ignoring people who are struggling.

A refined formulation (if you want it sharper)

Here are a few clean versions of your idea, depending on tone:

  • Philosophical:
Negative experiences can play a necessary role in long-term well-being, even if they are unpleasant in the moment.
  • Plain language:
Feeling bad sometimes helps prevent worse outcomes later.
  • Balanced:
Pain isn’t good, but it can be useful—and its value depends on what comes from it.

If you want, I can help you:

  • Turn this into a short essay
  • Test it against counterarguments
  • Connect it to Stoicism, Buddhism, or psychology
  • Or make it clearer and more precise

Just tell me what you’re aiming for.

therefore its not too bad if u have no money or no sex!!!!!!!

if u cant beat the suffering, at least accept it as very useful

i already said its a fact, the worse u feel now, the better later etc
