i can lower bodyfat but im addicted to fast food and already skinny. hair genes are fine, my grandfathers had full head of hair well into the 90s. skin is fucked, acne scars, discolouration etc. thanks for suggestion but i think its over no attention from girl

God fucken damn Ijust remembered how much of an idiot I am when I did calculus. I always make these stupid ass mistakes when like remembering that the denominator is negative FUCK

i chose it when i was 16 i thought id be a surgeon one day. but it wasnt my favorite subject in highschool. I prefered chemistry or physics over biology (more interesting) but i had hobbies like film-making and also liked being physical (possibly a police, or firefighter). but i chose biology, age 16, started uni age 17. very bad choice since im just going off feelings and not any experience. had to give up all my hobbies besides lifting, and volleyball, and video games. the hatred grew, bad decision+bad genetics = bad life
