20-30 minutes of bonesmashing (I need to get better about doing it symetrically)

5-10 minutes of thumbpulling (you notice and immediate difference)

2 more years of this and I might ascend a full quarter of a PSL point.

Gotta get better about bonesmashing symetrically so I dont fuck myself.

Next steps are testosterone maxxing and neck training since this internet curry said it helps accelerate mewing results.

All this til I get bimax, probably in 2-3 years when betabux season is starting anyway, so my jaw will have gain .2 kilos of mass and 2 mm of forward and transverse expansion from autistically hitting my bones. Wish me luck!
