I wouldn’t know how botox into the DSN would help with an overly upturned nose, since it pulls down on the nasal tip and up on the upper lip when you smile, so botox into it won’t have any impact on an overly upturned nose.

For me, it was to address my nasal tip drooping when I smiled. It is pretty much straight when I am not expressive.

Yeah, I never really understood the point of getting botox into an upturned nose, I have a limited amount of knowledge on botox and it's uses, but that makes sense
