30G25mm pdo screws in nasolabial fold area on the left side (right side coming soon) mono threads are a fucking meme and should only be used for tightening or to assist screws
my method;
beforehand I took 1000mg of Advil + 1200mg of Tylenol + 200mg of Caffine for pain
using a red felt marker I drew a grid pattern around my folds, the nasolabial lines were located on the bottom half of the grid so I could fill them in and provided relevant support
threaded one screw across the smile line directly then 8 others in the grid-like pattern, 4 vertically 4 laterally
pain honestly wasn't too bad, only hurts when the needle first makes contact with the skin and occasionally when puncturing a vein, otherwise, it is relatively painless even for a sensitive area such as the nasolabial folds.
RESULTS
Volumizing effects present them selves within the 2 week mark taking 2 months for final results as collagen forms around the threads, immediate results are very fucking minor from the swelling and physical presence of the threads, personally I have noticed a 5-10% decrease in the smile lines already

POST CARE:
Heavily iced the area to reduce swelling
scar cream for the small scabs formed from the injection points
I am using a collegen peptide heavy serum (CURENEX PDRN Serum) asisted with microneedling (derminator 2 coming) to help promote the formation of collagen aiding the threads
