Just did thumb pulling for the first time for a 1 minute and my jaw is on the left side is making clicking noises with no pain. Should i be concerned?

I have had jaw clicking a few times before nothing big happened atleast from what I've noticed, infact my jaw was just clicking for some time after I finished eating, this hasn't happened in months so it's probably nothing to worry about but it's better to give your jaw some rest just to make sure.

Ty bro I was lowkey worried. Also I watched clavicular guide and he says 1 minute every hour for better results, but im just now starting out so should I only do twice a day for a minute?

youre going to need to do it alot longer than 1 min to see results try 1 min every hour

eventually try to work up to 15 - 20 min sessions
