The Google Scholar pill is very brutal to swallow, cagefuel how you won't find some ((rare)) side effects of drugs on google, but once you go into studies you get nagasaki blackpilled, raw science data is merciless 
Azathioprine, an immunosuppressant is used for Inflammatory Bowel Disease, on Google only side effects you get are increased chance of infections, skin cancer, lymphoma, allergic reaction.
