The surgeon who will perform the surgery is pretty renowned and far from being a butcher.

I will get as much as he suggest : If I remember correctly he said 12mm was the maximum for advancement ,as for the the height we'll see but I have a longish mid-face and philtrum so that would help balancing things.

Side is frauded but I can still see you don't need bimax. I would still not get too much advancement. Blacks are supposed to have slightly short and recessed chins like this:

Part of why your chin looks the way is because of your lips btw. Your chin is only moderately recessed.
