If you don't feel hungry then don't eat

If you feel hungry, eat but don't eat carbs

Either way, you'll still lose weight if you are just burning fat from not eating

(I do recommend doing 10k steps, but cutting carbs + IF will make you still lose weight.)

I'm going to give this a try and do weekly progression. Feel free to DM me if you need advice.

On primal diet I literally have to binge eat to gain weight and then I’ll lose it all within 24-48hrs

I don't currently have raw meat atm but I have eggs would that still work

It’s more complex than that. Raw sugar and sodium debloats. It’s the processed cooked foods that leaves you bloated.
