I just drank half a jar of peanuts and almond milk to gain weight, now I feel like Im going to puke, any tips on how I can avoid letting this all go to waste all over the floor????

Yup im 5'11 and 100 pounds, id be an idiot to not do it.
You should get involved in some exercise to increase your metabolism so you can eat more. It will barely burn any calories

Ive been able to eat more recently since I take walks and work five hours every other day.

What's the issue? If you vomit just drink it again, its probably gonna be half digested so easier to stay inside this time around.

yeah i did something similar by making a 2.5k calorie smoothie of milk, some fruit and 3/4 of a pound almonds. i managed to drink it over 3 hours and god damn i was about to puke throughout the entire thing.

i used to be in ur shoes and trying retarded things like these smoothies and they never worked
generally eating over 3kcalories throughout the day aint so hard if launch and dinner are both around 1000calories

OP that's what happens when you take advice from people on here about weight gain,instead of consulting an actual Professional or a Nuturitionist regarding what proportions of foods you should be eating ,specific to your body type.I saw your post yesterday about wanting advice to gain weight smh.Please do your research next time man.

thats my daily calorie allowance lmao, I used to drink 800 calorie protein shakes when bulking and even that was tough

Because everyones stomach is a different size thats why fat people can out eat anyone.
 
The trick is to spread your eating throughout the day, and slowly increase the number of calories week by week. Your stomach will expand over time and get accustomed to eating more food. You'll start to be hungry for those extra calories, and won't be forcing yourself as much. Liquid calories should definitely help to start off with, but maybe don't drink so much in one sitting.

Because everyones stomach is a different size thats why fat people can out eat anyone.
I used to be 120 lb. When you eat more, your stomach expands. I could easily eat 3,000 calories in one sitting without feeling sick

If you want to gain weight, lift heavy weights in the evening, then before bed eat a shit ton of carbs. You will gain muscle while you sleep.
