You also digest more of the protein in cooked eggs vs raw eggs.

It's also easier to keep the habit of eating cooked eggs, if you like them cooked. I ate raw eggs for a long time, but now prefer cooked, and I can make myself eat more of them now that I batch cook them. (You can cook a pan full of eggs at once).

raw eggs in nature wouldn't be so cold, in my experience a raw egg straight out of the fridge vs at room temperature is a huge difference where the fridge one makes you gag much while the room temp one doesnt. Now imagine one straight out of a chicken.
