I was for a while. No diagnosis or anything though let me clear that up. I just felt extreme fear and emptiness for awhile.

I have such feelings all the time which I cope with maladaptive daydreaming.

I was a NEET at the time so my daydreams and delusions could go on for for literally hours at a time.

During this time I don't eat nor shower or do anything else.

I ate snacks or a drink like once a day and lost alot of weight. 49 kilos at 181cm

Burn alot of calories too because when I am stressed I pace and walk around.
