Just figured out my dad is a classic covert narcissist

I’ve my mom is grandious Narcissist long time ago but just came to realize recently that my dad has even worse form.

Never spoke to me, never cares about my emotions, only acting nice while biting his tongue grinding his teeth when being seen by the public, jealous of his own kids.

My dad never disclosed about his family lives growing up and it had been almost 60 years. His dad was well liked unlike him. But his dad had mistress I have heard. Either way I think it’s genetical+environment.
