doses the rate of fat loss cause face to be saggy/have not tight skin after fat loss? or is that exclusive to obese people?

Can you pm me your ozempic source?

that only happens if you lose excessive amounts of weight, think 100lbs+

so it’s got nothing to do with the rate of loss?

doesn't really matter for low amounts, the skin tightens relatively quickly.
I’m 20% body fat when I lean max will my nasolobial folds decrease

And at what body fat will my skin tighten

they only get worse for most people as they lose weight because fat sort of cushions them.

it's cope, no amount of bone prevents them, they're mostly just fat distribution, the fat there is extremely resilient and doesn't go away.

you dont have to worry about loose skin if you're 20%
so if I drop down to 12-15% will the skin on my face get tighter due to less fat?

This really confirms to me that weight can be very genetics-based. I being 5'10 could probably get away with eating like 1300 calories a day(and excercise). I don't get cravings because I stopped eating carbs because of insulin related problems
