Specs:

• 6mm needles injecting at 90 degrees
• 12 injections sites per cheek (3x4)
• 0.15ml per injection site (3.6ml total, 1.8ml each cheek)
• alcohol wipes
• cotton balls
• ZERO LIDOCANE THAT SHITS FOR PUSSYS

Genuinely went sooo smooth, injecting rarely hurt, and when it did it was just when inserting the needle through the top skin.

The reason I went with 1.8ml each side was because I didn't want to start off too heavy, but 1ml just felt like it would do nothing. I've based most of my procedure off of @retafied so if u wanna know more tap in to him. I saw he started with 1 then went to 2, so I found a happy medium.

yeah dw bro I gotchu. Honestly the amount of points per person should vary depending on simply how much area there is. Some people with larger skulls, or greater facial depth will need more points to properly cover their cheek fat area.

The image attached is basically what I drew on my face (although he has more facial depth), you basically just mark off your masseter area, undereye area, mouth area, and jaw area. If you do this and directly pinch the fat per point there is literally 0% chance you hit a nerve or anything else.

Just know your anatomy and change it accordingly, like if this dude had a much taller face then he should add a row on top to make it 16 points.

Lastly I'd recommend doing 1.2-2ml per cheek for your first session, Its a high enough amount to matter but would never be too much to accidentally get too much results lol. Btw I'm still swollen over 2 1/2 days later off of 1.8ml per.

that's basically exactly my base lol, just hop on 1.8ml per cheek first sesh and bump it up from there after 2 weeks if you need more results. Its highly likely that first sesh won't over do it so won't worry

regardless your also supposed to do multiple sessions so don't stress if u don't see any for this first one. I think im going to do a 4x4 grid with 0.15ml each dot (2.4ml each cheek)

I went all the way in, 90 degrees is just easier and guarantees you hit the right depth in the skin with 6mm. If your using 8mm then do 45 degrees because that reaches almost exactly the same depth (Sin(45) = 0.7071 x 8mm = 5.7mm.
