You have a dopamine addiction like many people have in today's society. I too have 400 tabs open right now and will probably never see go through all of them, my brain literally never shuts down and it feels like my nerves are constantly firing and every sound/light annoys me.
Try dopamine fasting, it's normal for the first few days to be feel like hell but your brain should eventually adapt unless you have an actual issue with your brain. After a while even watching a sunset can bring you euphoric feelings, and that can last as long as you don't go back to degenerate tiktok/porn on 400 tabs/super stimulatory on screen 10 hours a day lifestyle.

I don't watch porn, only game 1-2 hours with friends occasionally, minimally dopamine stack (fx. youtube + food, music + exercise etc.)

I just have every symptom of ADHD and I've been like this since I was a child.

Just slowly decrease your consumption, only do one thing at a time, f.x. if you go poop, don't bring your fucking phone, just be one with the poop, and have moments where you have nothing stimulating. I spend 8 hours a day at a monotonous factory job, I spend around half of it with no music or audiobooks, just with my thoughts, I've had many creative thoughts and emotional breakthroughs during this time.

While I agree with you, I disagree on your method to ridding yourself of high baseline dopamine.

Just an example, many people's brains are so cooked from overstimulation they can't even enjoy life simple pleasures. If it's not multi-screen tik tok twerking asmr with music blasting in their ears they won't care.
Maybe you have actual dopamine dysfunction but I think stuff like ADHD is overdiagnosed nowadays and used as a cope by parents who put their kids in front of screens while eating junk food since birth. No shit that kid will have issues focusing on mundane tasks.

I don't think dopamine fasting works that good for most to be honest, most people just go back to their old ways after they go a few days of monkmode which barely does anything if they don't alter their lifestyle a bit, except for making their copes more enjoyable for a short while. But at least if they're aware they can start to notice changes they can make later.
