Just finished my run

It took me around 20 minutes to run 3.5km but i wasnt even that tired. My stomach hurt during run so i wasnt pushing.

I tried to time my 3km but something happened and my runnkeeper fuxking didnt registered my run. Thats why rage.

Anyway,next time i will pace myself better and i Will run as fast as i Csn go.

like i said, i could go much quicker, i wasnt even that tired. My stomach hurt for some reason, i wasnt out of breath at all. Its a shame since i like to be out of breath. Stomach pain is not that enjoyable tbh. I have maths lesson rn

only run i did is 3,5km and i run few times in my lifetime

i will try to run 2 miles (3.2km) for time this weak and compare that to us army fitness test times

My stamina for long runs is bad, I have to improve it

I'm much better at short runs, like sprint for example

ok. I would be good for longer distances and thats what i care more about. Does your stomach hurt during the run? I wasnt out of breath at all but my stomach was in pain all the time.

Yes, that's normal if you feel pain in your stomach, I feel it too.

it came to quickly, before i was out of breath. That sucks man. I cant even get tired because of stomach pain
