I just started watching Peaky Blinders and Sopranos

Its about a police department in LA.

The catch is the main characters are corrupt cops, making deals with drug dealers, using violence to arrest people etc.

So yeah, it really is a predecosor to shows like Breaking Bad and one of the first shows with an "Anti-Hero".

The first season might seem a bit aged in terms of production vallue, but the themes adressed are still very present today, 20 years after the airing.

It also has funny one liners and extremly funny scenes, not goofy like Barry though, more like Breaking Bad. It gets more serious as the seasons get on though.

Yeah. One main character literally starts raping a girl as a interrogation tactic. Brutal show. Sons of Anarchy is also good
