fix testosterone-> men have usually 20-30% thicker skin than women bc of testosterone.
Fix estrogen-> also important for collgen.
Like progesterone.

I did bloodwork and I hav low T and E levels, the cause is definitely stress.
I’m reducing the stress now with ssri’s + a healthy lifestile to make it normal again. The low levels/stress are the cause for my premature aged under eyes

Hab mich ja 2018 so arg gestresst nachdem was schlimmes passiert ist, das hat mich ziemlich gealtert. Mit bescheuerten versuchen die Alterung rückgängig zu machen, hab ich es nur noch schlimmer gemacht und z.b mein philtrum zerstört
Und jetzt stress ich mich seit jahren über meine haut und bin in so nem kreis gefangen

I just got the sunken eye look from my mum?

Probably it wasn’t just the stress? I just found this photo of my mum where she was the same age , 22. U can clearly see that she has this thin /little sunken skin look under her eyes as well… But she was still very gl and stacylite
