Just found my mom's skincare products

My mom is out of town so i decided to access her makeup wardrobe. I found three potentially useful products that i can use. Are any of these products effective for anything or just pure cope?

Rapidlash: I've never tried it but I've got colleagues that swear by it. But please don't use it if its your mom's.
Eye gel patches: They're fine. They'll hydrate and potentially depuff a little. Also, they don't contain any retinol, they contain retinyl palmitate which is not the same thing.
Rose water: Meh. It's rose water. There isn't much else to say. Its hydrating but thats about it.
