I nose breath when not asleep but i found out i snore at night now i am confused whether its nose based or mouth based when i wake up i dont think i have open mouth but i am not sure

When i change my tongue position it stops. Try doing that. At some position it generates that sound and at other position it generates no sound

i am pretty sure its due to my deviated septum idk honestly how can i find it

I tape my mouth every night with micropore tape and it's fine. It's the only way to keep your lips permanently sealed whilst sleeping.
You'll get used to it over time.
