fuck knows, im being referred tonight by my ortho and will meet with surgeon in 8-9 weeks then probs get braces put on like 2 months after that then surgery after 12 or so months. Give me 3 years ill ascend hard by the time im 21

Are you serious, this is one of the most complicated and difficult facial surgeries to perform, you should definitely not be cheap on this, after all you get what you pay for...
I knew a guy who got free dental treatment at the dental college from a student who trained on him and then bragged to me: "See this tooth in front man, I got a filling for free, for free man, I tell you, you can't even tell it's filled!". After around a year, the filling fell, the tooth was too damaged inside to be saved and he had to get an implant that was much more expensive...

Yeah, but they could still let a Pakistani or African student to do most of the work on you, in my country they use the old switcheroo - you'll get the impression an old and experienced doctor will perform surgery on you, you go in the operating room, they sedate you, then the student will start to work on you, under the guidance of the old doctor.

A lot of surgeons don't want to change your face as it can trigger BDD in patients as they can't recognise themselves. probably like 80% of the people who get it done by the NHS have no clue of the aesthetic impact. Maybe you can speak to the NHS doctors they might be able to tailor it for aesethics.

Also time, it will take a long time, as you are aware how slow the NHS is. so for orthodontics and organising surgery it will take years most likely.

but either way good luck dude, no shame in getting it for free.
