Just found out my Dentist was retarded

I've had some major depressive periods in my life since 2021, causing me to not learn how to take care of myself or value myself to the point i should be, because of this I'd often not brush my teeth or neglect taking care of myself entirely, which caused me to develop cavities

I had 4 of them (3 on the left side of my jaw, and one minor one on the right) which caused me to practically not be able to eat using my left teeth (any cold water or drink in my mouth would make me shiver), I recently went to a dentist and got the cavities fixed and filled around 4-5 months ago, where for the first time i was able to drink cold beverages and chew food with both sides of my mouth, then probably a month ago the pain came back, i called my dentist and he told me we'd have to do the entire process all over again, and said that they were filled incorrectly ( you fucking idiot you filled them are you stupid ).

as far as im aware i wont have to pay any extras because it wasnt my fault, but still insanely fucking retarded

what extreme actions can i do against my dentist next time i visit him? fucking idiot

also stop using toothpaste not just because the chemicals but because I did this experiment where with my invisalign which i took out i put toothpaste on it and then rinse it lightly and then I left it out compared to one which had not had toothpaste and the one with the toothpaste started growing more plaque and almost a mold like thing
the toothpaste is purposefully giving you cavities etc

Just use flouride free toothpaste. I brush once a day.

I stopped going to my dentist because he'd constantly ask if I had my wisdom teeth pulled just to get more money out of me when they've already been pulled 20 years ago.

They have no passion for their profession. The female dentist literally had no clue what mewing and CoQ10 was.

There are allot of bozo dentists but just be glad you didn't get bad gum disease/periodontitis tbh. Increases your risk of a bunch of health risks and has a big impact on heart disease because the bacteria enters your blood stream and inflames/irritates the walls of your artery's.
