Just gave myself a black eye

Just got so mad and sad at the same time I punched myself repeatedly in the face. Took the anger out on myself.

Guess what I have a black eye now. Also some redness and a scar.

I don't even know what I'm doing anymore

I wanna cope with my cortisol life with "at least I'm handsome" but I'm not even that.
