I just realised how important hair is. In my opinion the most important features are 1.Eyes 2.Cheekbones 3.Jaw 4.Hair.
This doesnt mean that, if you dont have the first three, its over for you. Hair is really good in hiding flaws. If you have a big forehead just cover it with hair. If you have shit gonial just let your hair grow really long till it covers it.

If you have no hair get a hairtransplant asap.
Everytime I see a dude outside that looks good, I think to myself how would he look bald. And the pictures that I create in my head dont look good. So maybe I get 0 IOIs right now because I have short and unkept hair.
