Had to have been like 4k grafts?? Price wise, depends on how that clinic charges (per job or per graft. They vary in Turkey)
I'd guess he paid about 2.5k-3k EUR
As you say, odd hairline choice, but the result itself looks very solid, and I bet he's very pleased
