You need to use noses like I attached below for your rhinoplasty, not some femboy bullshit. Get a revision and ask them to increase the dorsal and nasal hump a bit. I also brought your left (right in the picture nostril down a bit. I'm not sure why it looks a bit weird in the original if this is actually how it is. But yeah, if you are afraid to harvest your own cartilage harvest it from someone else lol.
