Went on a second date recently and the date was good. I found I didn’t mind speaking with people and being social when things were going well for me. Also was able to walk downtown to food trucks etc without feeling like a fraud/loner being by myself. I can barely walk to the downtown gym I go to when by myself and there’s events happening everywhere. But when I was on the date I realized life can actually be worth it sometimes and my confidence reflected it. Was legit treated like a king at the restaurant, had good vibes with guys and girls around me there, silently acknowledging each others presence by catching each others stares and just vibing. When you get good things don’t be low iq and mess it up for yourself by acting a fool, just try to accept that you have something good and let your insecurities be solved by your relationship instead of philosophy, meditation, gym, etc. Anything besides relationships is just a cope and is only there to give a temporary boost until you find someone or a better situation. These things are never sustainable by themselves without good relationships.

After your first good relationship you can start to build off it it and have something inside your soul as a reference point.
