Mostly Ribeye, some sirloin cuts, top sirloin medallions, top sirloin sliced thin, a few prime burgers, a couple tri-tips including prime tri tips, a frenched lamb rack, some angus flat iron steaks

going to be dry aging 10lbs of USDA Choice Black Angus whole ribeye

No filet mignon or strip steak/porterhouse/t bone because those are tasteless trash cuts

I’ve read that shoplifting expensive meat is one of the best ways to shoplift for a profit. Just fill a cart FULL of steaks and just walk out nonchalantly. Nobody gonna think some nigga is stealing meat, and you save whatever $$ you would spend on it.

well some stores have don't confront policy others will try to full force stop you, but even the ones who have a no confront policy an employee might nig out on you lol, but they just do that to avoid lawsuits from people because they don't trust minimunwagies to not harass black people who bought their shit lol
