Just got a haircut and realised I need otoplasty

Before my long hair hid my ears sticking out so I never realised it. Now I look like a fucking chimp. People have mentioned this before after I've gotten haircuts in my past and I didn't notice it was my ears till now. Even my mum said my ears used to stick out. They stick out a lot less though.

I'm gonna have to fork out even more.
