in my experience they are giga manlets. look at the pictures of luigi mangione. he brutally mogs most of the officers at 5'10-11

avg officer in the big cities is like 5'6-7

the lawyer will cost you way more than that, though

also, not sure if it's the case in burgerland, but here, if you pay 1/3 or 2/3 of it within 8 or so days, it's considered you paid the full fine
