it depends on how mich you weigh.
I started with my ~66kg with 20mg prescribed by my dermatologist.

i took the same dose as you for like 4 months the most i had from purge is 2-3 pimples then my skin went to clear and good barely had dry lips also or skin it wasnt that bad for me
