Just Got Bone Age X-ray, what does it mean?

So i Just got my bone age xray and Im not sure what the results mean. I am 17 and 8 months and the x ray says my bones are age 16, are my plates still open or are they closed?

I mean they are most likely still open if bone age 16 but yeah ask your gp
