Grow hair out, which I presume your doing currently. Accutane for at least 6 months if u can get it prescribed I would, and rhino and that's really all u need tbh. Good base I would say except nose.

You're lips are on the smaller end, nose is too big I think rhino is only option, and do some botox in the frontalis muscle to lower you're eyebrows and get rid of uee, and fix skin
