For now i cant see my side well feeling is okay upper lip is fine just upper teeths are kinda sore it is not for everyone my maxilla was flat like robbert pattinson my occlusion and upper teeth was fine but nasal base lacked projection even my doctor said it is kinda rafe but on simulations paranaal projection alone added 0.9 points to mu side harmony which is insane

Silicone for midface but for jaw and chin i will go with something harder my doctor said he could do all but for midface silicone is just as good for now he said results are excellent bur i will be swollen af for months which is kinda brutal

Not how cantho works it is normal ant expected to them to be look overcorrected first on table photos mogg my old self brutally results are very natural but also fixed 90 percent of my failos only slight chin and upper eyelid exposure lefr my front harmony was already over 7

Yeah he grew to 6'1.5 and became lean. The surgeries probably did like 25% of the work.

it could be used but it would be more expensive he said silicone would be just as good as peek for midface its lowk overkill if you are not severly recessed or have asymetric midface by base and zygo width was good and only needed infras and projection but for full jaw titanium or peek mogs for sure

Highest risk was paranasal im just discharged and major infection risk is over he said he did double stitching inside of my mouth it does not hurt at all but i went through cancer major skin removal surgeries bed ridden for months and got my throat and ribs tattooed its my 12th surgery so im kinda used to it it just feels like a very bad cold i can also pull my upper eyelids freely and see nose has no silicones since i had functional septoplasth 5 years ago and septum was good upper teeths are slightly sensitive and eyes doesnt hurt i was concerned about feeling fhe jmplanfs in my face but i dont feel any physical thing in my face and suprisingly even upper lip felts normal no numbness or functional issues for now

Thanks swelling will be tough imma bed rot for a month i didnt asked for complications bur chatgpt said pafanasal was fhe highest risk one and from on table photos it looked good but my face was weird somehow upper teetb ars not recessed but i lacked paranasal support a lot literally faceiq lab estimated 0.9 side profile increase just for few mm of paranasal support so it is probably not that necessery for majority

Not really sure even one of the most blackpilled surgeons .said my mandibular was quite masculine and my gonions are slightly too wide so maybe a very subtle chin inplant since on side profile projection is good but could be slightly better on front. Once i heal i want to slay for and maybe experiment with upper eyelid fat transfer if i need more hooded eyes but im prolly good for another year.
