First i'd suggest to get lean as possible, in your position i would get a rhinoplasty too but if you are not willing to hardmaxx there's plenty of softmaxx guides on here that could help you
Also you could dye your eyebrows a couple tone darker since they're lighter than your hair and it helps creating contrast in your face

u needa fix the canthal tilt, hit the gym, debloat. Cant completely tell if u got a recessed chin or not but u should eye pull or get surgery fr, u should thumb pull, get braces or springs and mew. Also get some more bone mass or give the illusion of it by exercising your facial muscles like the masseter by chewing hard things on each side of your jaw. Im not an expert fr but ts might help yk
