I got a fucking LEFORT/BIMAX DONE AND NOW A HAIR TRANSPLANT.

I am a planning a massive ascent.

CURRENTLY 5 MONTHS POST OP.

BEFORE: PRE TRANSPLANT/BIMAX

After bimax and hair transplant

2. Im 5 months post hair transplant and it still seems not thick enough or dense enough. Kind of worried. Feel dissatisfied with both

Already said it in your other thread, but your bimax is excellent (and so is your hair transplant). You need custom infraorbital-malar implants and custom jaw angle implants to have a similar face structure to Bieber. Bimax gave you the right base to add the implants later (adding the implants on a recessed face always looks bad).
Shave beard + implants after bimax = face structure like Bieber.

You should be very happy about your results and looking for good implant surgeons to complete your ascension goals, do not ask for bimax revision.

its a good bimax, bieber has the same amount of forward growth if you measure from their neurocraniums. you just think its ass because OPs ugly so he needs more to compensate for his lack of features
also bieber has a superior cranial base so he has more absolute forward growth despite having the same projection from the neurocanium
