I was crossing the street at a point designated for pedestrians to cross and I didn't look the other way since I wasn't expecting anything to be coming near me and suddenly BAM! I get hit by a speeding motorbike type of vehicle. Dude was panicking saying "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" As he kept driving while looking back and I said "No problem!" While smiling at him. He hit my calf.

Something similar happened to me outside my old school. Huge crowd of students as people were leaving and a cyclist went straight into me, I was spared some humiliation by the fact he went flying off the bike and I didn't fall over.

Yeah, I feel you. Thankfully I didn't get humiliated either because I was standing. Since he was on a rather heavy vehicle, he didn't fall either but I'm sure he zigzagged for a bit.
