Just got hydroquinone mixed with Tretinoin and Fluocinolone Acetonide all in one cream is it safe to use?

How much should I use?

This is the one I got just planning to use it for a month or until it's empty also give me a routine

You would use it as you'd use hydroquinone or tretinoin normally. A pea-sized amount distributed all over your face evenly in THE PM, using a sunscreen the next morning if you're going on.

A very basic routine would be:

1. AM: Cleanser (or just water), Moisturizer (if your skin is purging), Sunscreen
2. PM: Cleanser, Hydroquinone+Fluocinole+Tretinoin, Moisturizer (if your skin is purging)

My personal take on moisturization is that you only do it once it's strictly needed, once you're beyond the purging process and unless your skin is naturally dry you can just skip it. Same case with cleansing, over-cleansing just compromising your skin barrier, I would avoid cleansing in the morning and using water instead, a cleanser in the PM is reasonable since you likely have dirt and excess oils from the day on your face but even that can be situationally avoided.

Try to avoid using a cleanser that's too harsh, so no actives until your skin adapts to the cream unless you wanna be burning for the next few weeks. Oh yeah, obvious note that I missed, what are you using this cream for? Tretinoin is great and useful for most skins in general given that you tolerate the active, but Hydroquinone is very situational, used only for hyperpigmentation or acne scarring, if you have no business using hydroquinone and you use it unnecessarily for extended periods of time you're likely going to give you near permanent rebound hyperpigmentation lol. Fluocinolone is in a similar realm, short-term for a particular condition? GREAT! But if you don't need it then that's gonna do damage in the long run

That's why both actives are used shortly to solve a condition and discontinued as soon as it's gone, let's not a constant treatment.

I just leave my house 2 times daily for like 2 mins at 1 pm (peak sun) and 4 pm otherwise I'm just rotting but I do have pretty open house with big windows so I think I should use it for cleanser I'm using the one attached and I use toner after this then hydroquinone right? And I'm also supplementing ashwagandha and moringa for hydrocortisone and vitamin C(1000mg) also what do you mean by purging like acne or dry skin
I'm going for a med skin so just using it to detan or lighten also supplementing lycopene 15-20mg

• Yeah if you're not leaving your house for that long and generally avoiding sun exposure it's likely fun, but I'd use a sunscreen either way, JUST TO BE SAFE. That is unless you sit next to a window on which case you should use a sunscreen. The reason why sunscreens are important, specially when using both hydroquinone and tretinoin, is because the sun is a shitty bastard that destroys your collagen and elastin over time, so maybe you don't see the point now but 10-20 years down the line you'll likely be regretting your choices.
  
  Second and most important is that the sun causes cancer, specially with tretinoin, cancer sounds like a fantasy thing that's so disengaged from our day to day that most people don't tend to worry about it. If you're getting any amount of high UV index sun exposure, unless you wanna potentially grow a tumor the size of a lemon on your beautiful face and potentially die, use a sunscreen.
  
  
• The sunscreen you showed is okay, given that your skin is nice, if you're considering this cream because of acne and your skin is oily then some of the ingredients in your cleanser are comedogenic and may be breaking you out.
  
  
• I do not think 99.9% of skins require a toner at all, that's bullshit that used to be useful back when cleansers were acid as fuck, but stayed as a byproduct of the skincare industry trying to sell you shit. It's not that they're useless, it's that you, and probably most people don't benefit that much from them, and who likes spending more money than they have to?
  
  
• With "purging" a mean a retinoid purge, if you've never used a retinoid before (retinol, retinal, adapalene, etc) then oh boy brace yourself for a world of hurt, specially jumping straight into tretinoin. Once you start using a retinoid your skin goes through a short adaptation period that starts immediately after using a retinoid, or 3-7 days after the initial application, during this period your skin will get dry, flaky, red, inflamed, and it'll be overall very uncomfortable.
  
  This lasts a few weeks, so don't worry too much about, continue using the product and your skin will adapt. Although if you wanna avoid a disgustingly bad purge I'd begin usage once a week, the next week use it twice, the third week use it 3 times and then you can jump into daily usage. But that's optional, maybe you like the pain.

Also again, are you going to use the hydroquinone because you have a real hyperpigmentation concern or "just because"? Because if your skin is otherwise fine and all you need is tretinoin this could be the result of incorrect hydroquinone usage:

This was caused by using hydroquinone that was way too strong, on skin that didnt need it. It's rebound hyperpigmentation, and it's near impossible to remove without harsh chemical peels and various sessions.

Hmm... since it's just 4% I think you'd be fine for 4-6 weeks, I would stop beyond that point however.

@Zeekie hey man I got this cream and serum it says to use both at different times can you suggest how to use this with my current hydroquinone tret routine
Also I ain't using a moisturizer cuz my skin isn't peeling or getting dry it's very okay just gets a little irritated for 10-15 minutes after applying the cream So would I benefit from using glycerin
