I just got Anavar 100 pills 10mg each , how i do use it safely and effectively like when do i take it and how do i avoid becoming infertile since i'm 18 only and want children in the future.

I know you're supposed to take novladex after the cycle to recover faster from it but that's about all i know.

dont listen to tiktok kids on here about what you should or should not do im not as well researched enough to begin my 1st cycle of test and var but just filter out scaremongering. at 18 yeah maybe id wait a bit but you could just say fuck it and do it anyway chances of infertility are slim but there is a risk there, same with your hpta axis not fully recovering and you having lower test than normal or not recovering at all (Rare) but people saying your guranteed to fuck yourself up completely is bullshit. personally as i research more and more the reward outweighs the low risk and i have nothing to lose atp so judge for yourself after research and decide, goes for everything on this site.
