500 mg is an overkill man. 150-200 mg a week is more than enough, given the fact you are suppressing your own natural production of testosterone and being in your 'prime' years of optimal hormonal productions, why blast such high doses?

You guys need to stop coping with roids tbh, it's a scam. Just be lean theory and hit the gym naturally. It's not worth it to ruin your body and hairline for a few matches on tinder. You're not gonna get laid off tinder anyways. Most normies need to make things happen in the real world. Social circle/night time (bars, clubs).

When you're at the club or the bar, nobody can see your roided up shredded abs. It won't matter. You got 20 more matches on tinder, so what? Still not enough to get a single lay. In the end, it's not worth it to ruin your body for just a few more matches on tinder that won't matter.

Only reason to consider roids is if you live in a hot climate and frequent the beach often, or if you're going all in. Meaning you're trying to become a monster.
