Just got my Septoplasty and seems to have fixed my nose and smile

Still early to tell but it seems like my septoplasty went exactly according to my plan, I had booked this septoplasty in hopes of straightening out and fixing a bump on my nose, as well as fixing my crooked smile. My nose is still swollen and packed with gauze but the overall shape looks good. And my smile is no longer crooked and looks perfect. Im pretty stoked considering this was $16000 and only had to $1200 out of pocket. Pictures attached, cut me some slack I literally just go out of anesthesia 15 minutes ago.

i have a deviated septum on my right nostril and my nose looks like a jew nose on that side and good on the other

wonder if fixing the septum would make it look better or if my bones are just fucked and crooked

i almost got a septoplasty but the dr wanted to touch my turbinates which i refused

Yeah I had the same thing, I think it may have fixed that but it’s too early to tell.

It was making my top lip off centered

i'll have to get a bone xray to confirm, might get septoplasty next year with a different ENT, nervous about the recovery period since that's the worst part

It’s pretty bad tbh. Also really uncomfortable not being able to breathe out of nose at all

Yo how did you get it for so cheap? I need septoplasty or whatever surgery would fix my crooked nose and deviated septum. From one side I look like Jafar from Aladdin the other a normal straight nose. Idk what to do.
