Pills are much better. Why put fermented, disgusting shit in your body for low amounts of K2?

Just buy a very good quality supp and you get from 100 to over 1,000x the amount for barely 10 times the cost.... It's way better.

Also, artificial? You can get 100% bioidentical or pure form K2 or Menatetrenone/Menaquinone for under 50 bucks with many mgs worth.

But hey, if you like fermented Japanese bacterial poop sludge for 1 microgram of K2 for fucking up your guts possibly, be anyone's guest lol

I do have the pill form already. But I found the real stuff and wanted to see what it’s like

Natto is way more K2-dense than most animal products, but I agree that supplements are probably cheaper.

 
Yeah mk4 is animal version
Wikipedia says that both MK-4 and MK-7 are effective at improving bone health, but their source doesn't seem to clarify much.

Do you have a good argument for supplementing magnesium? It's easy to exceed the recommended DV with just greens, nuts, and seeds.
