just got off accutane question for others who also did

Did accutane for 6 months, 3 months 40mg, 3 months 80mg(only thing I take doctor prescribed). My nose slimmed and shrunk down a lot which looks way better, I know some peoples' nose goes back to normal once their cycle is done. How many people here have experienced that? I'm thinking about microdosing (10mg, would be off india), but also shouldn't my topical tret keep it slim?
