WHAT I DID.


in all these pictures I am 17, they are just 2-3 months apart. It started off by realizing what I had to do, fix my coloring, brows & eyelashes, face fat, and my health.
INJECTABLES/HEALTHY HABITS

I first started to pin Reta with a very small dose of .5mg weekly. I go up .5mg every 2 weeks, and it works really well that way for me and I will be slower to be sensitive to it. I also fixed my diet when I first started pinning, no candy, stay away from processed sugar and limit sodium. Then came the HGH for my height and face. I personally think that it helped since my downward growth looks significantly better than compared to November. I pinned 9iu every single night, so for about 2 months, up until December 20th. I made sure I slept ATLEAST 8 hours every single night in a cold very dark room with no distractions, also do not eat for an hour and a half before bed and limit blue screen use. I also did pin mt1 but not very long since I was already getting tan while working on a farm haha, so I wont contribute it to that even though mt1 is very good.


TABLETS I TOOK AND WHY
(I was taking 80mg of Accutane up until middle of January, didn't help with redness just got rid of acne. Will microdose in future)

2.5mg Oral Minox daily- My eyebrows and eyelashes were lacking badly. I wanted them to be thicker and darker, but I also wanted my eyelashes to be more fuller. It is a warning though that significant bloat can come with Minoxodil. Both have worked greatly but I will also add that dying your eyebrows darker every month is something you should definitely do.

1.5mg Arimidex daily- I thought and was told that I look like low T so I decided I'd do something about it, hopped on Aromatase Inhibitors. It worked out perfectly since I was also pinning HGH everynight. I have more hair on my arms and legs now which I do not mind and think its good. Basically it restricts the conversion of some of your test to estrogen, so you keep more test.

5mg Cialis daily- Since I am both SARMS and Aromatase Inhibitors, I needed something that will help with some of the side effects. It helps increase blood flow and is sometimes used for erectile dysfunction.. I have experienced wet dreams jfl.

50mg Eplerenome daily- Really good for debloating, almost everyone on the forum suggests using it. Its one of those things though if you miss a day you wont see any effects from it. MUST be used daily. Its a diuretic.

12.5mg Enclomiphene daily- This is a SARM, I want to take steroids but I'm still kinda scared since my growth plates are still open, but I'm thinking fuck that and I'll just pin anyways.. If your GP are closed def hop on roids, SARMs aren't the best but they are effective. It tricks your brain into making more Testosterone

25mg HCTZ/Hydrochlorothiazide every 2-3 days- Another diuretic, this worked really great for me. If you take it twice in a row though it fucks up your eyes. Makes them sensitive and you just feel weird. Use it sparingly, its better than Eplerenome imo.

SKINCARE LISTED IN ORDER AND WHY THAT?

MORNING
Cerave cleanser for 30-45 seconds- This one is hopefully obvious, you need to clean your face.

5 drops of Niacinamide- It acts as a sort of canvas for the oils you're going to put on, it helps with basically everything lol. Sometimes it can burn but its normal and shouldn't be too bad.

1 drop of Matrixyl paired with your moisturizer- Its a peptide.. WOW!!!! Its VERY good, VERY effective, boosts collagen really nicely and helps with elasticity and tightening. So can help with smile, and wrinkles and other fine lines. Also helps with everything.

SPF moisurizer- Hopefully this is obvious too, you need a moisturizer to lock it all in but you also want something to protect you from the suns rays. Can help with pigmentation

NIGHT

Cerave cleanser for 30-45 seconds- (not repeating)

5 drops of Niacinamide- (not repeating)

Pea size of Tretinoin & 5 drops of Baku Oil alternated every night- These are both retinoids and help greatly, tret is a little harsher but very effective, that's why I switch it out every night. Baku oil is way less riskier and calm.

2 drops of Matrixyl- (not repeating)

Honey Moisturizer- Don't know what the honey does lol, just sort of picked it out. But you duh need a moisturizer to lock it all in.

(EDIT)ALSO IVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION IVE ONLY SEMI-ASCENDED, BUT THIS GUIDE SETS A GOOD BLUEPRINT CLEARLY AS IVE SEEN SOME RESULTS IN 2 MONTHS. AND I WILL USE IT FOR MONTHS AND YEARS

INJECTABLES/HEALTHY HABITS

I first started to pin Reta with a very small dose of .5mg weekly. I go up .5mg every 2 weeks, and it works really well that way for me and I will be slower to be sensitive to it. I also fixed my diet when I first started pinning, no candy, stay away from processed sugar and limit sodium. Then came the HGH for my height and face. I personally think that it helped since my downward growth looks significantly better than compared to November. I pinned 9iu every single night, so for about 2 months, up until December 20th. I made sure I slept ATLEAST 8 hours every single night in a cold very dark room with no distractions, also do not eat for an hour and a half before bed and limit blue screen use. I also did pin mt1 but not very long since I was already getting tan while working on a farm haha, so I wont contribute it to that even though mt1 is very good.


TABLETS I TOOK AND WHY
(I was taking 80mg of Accutane up until middle of January, didn't help with redness just got rid of acne. Will microdose in future)

2.5mg Oral Minox daily- My eyebrows and eyelashes were lacking badly. I wanted them to be thicker and darker, but I also wanted my eyelashes to be more fuller. It is a warning though that significant bloat can come with Minoxodil. Both have worked greatly but I will also add that dying your eyebrows darker every month is something you should definitely do.

1.5mg Arimidex daily- I thought and was told that I look like low T so I decided I'd do something about it, hopped on Aromatase Inhibitors. It worked out perfectly since I was also pinning HGH everynight. I have more hair on my arms and legs now which I do not mind and think its good. Basically it restricts the conversion of some of your test to estrogen, so you keep more test.

5mg Cialis daily- Since I am both SARMS and Aromatase Inhibitors, I needed something that will help with some of the side effects. It helps increase blood flow and is sometimes used for erectile dysfunction.. I have experienced wet dreams jfl.

50mg Eplerenome daily- Really good for debloating, almost everyone on the forum suggests using it. Its one of those things though if you miss a day you wont see any effects from it. MUST be used daily. Its a diuretic.

12.5mg Enclomiphene daily- This is a SARM, I want to take steroids but I'm still kinda scared since my growth plates are still open, but I'm thinking fuck that and I'll just pin anyways.. If your GP are closed def hop on roids, SARMs aren't the best but they are effective. It tricks your brain into making more Testosterone

25mg HCTZ/Hydrochlorothiazide every 2-3 days- Another diuretic, this worked really great for me. If you take it twice in a row though it fucks up your eyes. Makes them sensitive and you just feel weird. Use it sparingly, its better than Eplerenome imo.

SKINCARE LISTED IN ORDER AND WHY THAT?

MORNING
Cerave cleanser for 30-45 seconds- This one is hopefully obvious, you need to clean your face.

5 drops of Niacinamide- It acts as a sort of canvas for the oils you're going to put on, it helps with basically everything lol. Sometimes it can burn but its normal and shouldn't be too bad.

1 drop of Matrixyl paired with your moisturizer- Its a peptide.. WOW!!!! Its VERY good, VERY effective, boosts collagen really nicely and helps with elasticity and tightening. So can help with smile, and wrinkles and other fine lines. Also helps with everything.

SPF moisurizer- Hopefully this is obvious too, you need a moisturizer to lock it all in but you also want something to protect you from the suns rays. Can help with pigmentation

NIGHT

Cerave cleanser for 30-45 seconds- (not repeating)

5 drops of Niacinamide- (not repeating)

Pea size of Tretinoin & 5 drops of Baku Oil alternated every night- These are both retinoids and help greatly, tret is a little harsher but very effective, that's why I switch it out every night. Baku oil is way less riskier and calm.

2 drops of Matrixyl- (not repeating)

Honey Moisturizer- Don't know what the honey does lol, just sort of picked it out. But you duh need a moisturizer to lock it all in.

(EDIT)ALSO IVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION IVE ONLY SEMI-ASCENDED, BUT THIS GUIDE SETS A GOOD BLUEPRINT CLEARLY AS IVE SEEN SOME RESULTS IN 2 MONTHS. AND I WILL USE IT FOR MONTHS AND YEARS

I wouldnt use Enclo with plates open because how it works is it tricks your body into thinking your estrogen is low, and then it produces more testosterone as a result. You also end up with more estrogen, which can prematurely fuse growth plates to my understanding. I'd just be natty or do TRT with AIs to keep an eye on estrogen. Long term enclomiphene use is associated with blurry vision due to estrogen receptors on the eyes.

Btw dont play guesswork with estrogen. Get bloods pulled, and you can pay for only estrogen testing and its cheapish I think.
