i got 20mg ed which is a low dose because she said that it may increase my cholesterol which was already kinda high.

Leave it at 20mg for now and see how it is, don’t go up to 40mg unless you’re used to the 20mg dose or it’s already working for u. Otherwise the nosebleeds are gonna be fucking u up
